Davilia Men’s Hairstylists - is an exclusive male hair, grooming and product salon established by David Aquilia in November 2000 at the Garden City Shopping Centre, Booragoon.

David’s vision was to bridge the gap from the traditional barber shop to the modern gent’s hair salon. The salon was designed with the distinguished male in mind, with traditional barber chairs and modern clean cut wooden furniture creating a decidedly masculine atmosphere.

David was trained in all aspects of men’s hairdressing by his father Johnny Aquilia in Karrinyup Shopping Centre, where he worked for 14 years before starting Davilia Mens Hairstylists.

In April 2002 David expanded the Davilia concept by opening a new salon at Floreat Forum Shopping Centre, and in November 2006 our third salon opened at Stockland Bullcreek.

Continued growth saw Davilia spread to Perth City in February 2010. The new salon located in the enex100 mall captured a new professional market on St Georges Terrace. The salon’s image was designed to cater for the executive male.

At this time David improved the Davilia brand and refurbished both the Garden City and Floreat Forum salons to offer an even more stylish decor whilst maintaining reasonable prices.
